Do what makes you happy
Was there more work on your car than you anticipated? Did you find a bucket of wiring worms, find some secret hidden problems…..
Car was purchased with melted pistons and a bunch of other issues. The intention was to strip the car down and build it back up.
Are there any unique mods on your car? Hyper-rare parts, custom made parts…
Boosted piston and rod build, Quiafe sequential transmission. Controlled by AEM infinity, tuned by Jeff Evens. Matte white paint job with Anointed Aero wide body, CF hood and rear hatch with laxan rear section.
Would you consider your car done in its current form? Or do you have a list of “to dos” still left?
Still have some minor things to do here and there. But mostly the car is done.
What is the biggest problem you ran into on your build?
Factory transmission is like glass… and Action Clutch has let me down twice. I have pulled the engine for many transmission/ clutch related issues. Running the Quiafe sequential, not a worry anymore.
If you had to do it again, would you build the same car?
Yes, it’s a fun car to drive and want more track time with it.
What is your favorite part on your car?
Considering everything was function first, I love the way the car turned out visually.
Is there any part/mod on your car you had to do a few times, or installed and then removed?
Transmission issues, mentioned above.
What’s the best memory you had in your car?
When I started the build, my goal was 600-700whp. My best moment was breaking 600whp on 93 octane, and then breaking just over 700whp on E85.
