Honda Civic Wagon On Air suspension

Was there any unusual circumstances around how you acquired your car?
I never knew a civic wagon even existed until I saw a local friend get one. I have always had a thing for wagons but I’ve never really liked civics. I like Honda’s, but I’m more into preludes, accords, CRVs, city’s & just weird or unique stuff. Family stuff I guess you could say haha. That friend posted he had thoughts about getting rid of his wagon shorty after getting it and I hopped on it immediately. Since then it’s made me grow a love for EFs.

Was there more work on your car than you anticipated? Did you find a bucket of wiring worms, find some secret hidden problems…..
I definitely went more into depth than I had anticipated when I got this car. It was my daily when I first got it and I had to end up getting a new daily haha.

Are there any unique mods on your car? Hyper-rare parts, custom made parts…
As for rare parts, not so much. I haven’t went into depth with all the Honda access parts like I want to yet. But the whole car is becoming a rarity in itself to be honest. I’d say the butterfly doors are a bit unique, maybe more of a taboo thing for this era but I think it ties the car together quite well with the whole 90s theme.

Would you consider your car done in its current form? Or do you have a list of “to dos” still left?
I’m still in the beginning processes with this car still. It just hit 2 years of owning it and I am no where near complete. I want this to be a show ready car that I can still hit the streets on a Wednesday night if I wanted to, or run to the grocery store. As low as it looks it’s a lot easier to drive than you’d expect.

Tinted Honda Civic Wagon

What is the biggest problem you ran into on your build?
To be honest I haven’t ran into any major issues with my build. Maybe some delays here and there, but with time everything seems to work out for the better.

Honda Civic Wagon Rear End

If you had to do it again, would you build the same car?
Yes I definitely would. The wagon is such a unique platform in itself that there’s so many different routes you could take it. Whether it be stance or off road, the wagon can do it all and look great while doing it.

Custom Honda Civic Wagon

Are you apart of a club or crew with your car?
I represent my brand Out of Luck Club, and since it’s conception it has brought a lot more friends that’s grown to be family. The car community can be some of the most supportive people, but in it are also some of the most toxic.

What is your favorite part on your car?
That’s a really hard question haha. I really love almost everything about my car. There’s somethings that need work but all in all it’s just my favorite car from how easy it is to work on to how geeked I get when I see some old lady commuting a bone stock one.

What’s the best memory you had in your car?
My best memory with my wagon was driving it from Kansas to the Rocky Mountains in Colorado with my buddy that drove in his 91 DA integra. It was a lot different than it is now, and she didn’t enjoy climbing the mountains but she did enjoy the view when it made it.
