Was there any unusual circumstances around how you acquired your car?
I had been looking for a wagon for some time when I’m finally got an answer on my buy ad. Went to check it out in the middle of winter and when I first saw it I was hooked! Sadly I wasn’t able to test drive it because of the weather and therefore didn’t close the deal. Until the day finally came. March 15 2016! It was finally mine! 
Was there more work on your car than you anticipated? Did you find a bucket of wiring worms, find some secret hidden problems…..
The car was honest in the sense that the paint was and still is a bit faded and in different shades. There wasn’t really any unpleasant surprises.
Are there any unique mods on your car? Hyper-rare parts, custom made parts…
Custom made 4 ways airsuspension, custom built ventilated discbrakes I the front, custom built front spoiler, custom built dashboard.
Tuned b20 engine with dual weber 45 dcoe carburetors, rebuilt and everything unnecessary removed in the enginebay. Custom rearwindow louvers. Custom exhaust system. BBS lemans 17×9 and 17×8 2-piece splitwheels. Right now I’m building a set of 17×9,5 and 17×9 3-piece oz futura wheels that might be finished this spring.
Would you consider your car done in its current form? Or do you have a list of “to dos” still left?
There are plenty of things and plans still left to do. Building a new 16 valve engine. New paint and chrome etc
What is the biggest problem you ran into on your build?
Lack of money and time to build. And sometimes it’s hard to sort out the right parts.
If you had to do it again, would you build the same car?
Yes and no. I would probably have spent more money and bought an even cleaner and better car.
Are you apart of a club or crew with your car?
No club for me, just me and some gearhead friends. I wasn’t influenced by anyone, this is a creation of my own.
What is your favorite part on your car?
I’m particularly proud my custom-built dashboard that i built on my own
What’s the best memory you had in your car?
Hard to tell, there are so many to choose from. But I will probably have to chose the first ride after the airride was done. It was only me and daughter cruising around. Good times!
